The Glide XL series maintains the same style and performance as the Glide S but in a bigger profile. New to the XL series is the introduction of our unique surface mount linear canopy, and recessed ‘Invisimount’ suspensions which removes the clutter of an additional power cable providing the ultimate in sleek design.
Delivery fees We offer flat rate shipping per state and free shipping for any order over $200. There may be some additional fees for products with larger weights or longer dimensions (eg, Linear items, LED Strip Profiling, Track Lighting, Floor Lamps) Please check in with us via email to clarify before purchasing if you are unsure. Please note that products with call for pricing are excluded from free over $200 shipping.
Delivery times All orders are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed however exact shipping times can be dependent on warehouse stock and courier lead times. Please check in with us via email for lead time confirmation regarding exact products.
Delivery partners We use a selection of delivery partners including Smart Send and Sendle, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Fastway, Allied Express. Please note that we are unable to deliver items to PO Boxes.

International shipping We offer shipping outside of Australia however prices for this are calculated after your order is placed.
We do require your full shipping address so another invoice can be sent to you with the relevant shipping fees, please select 'click and collect' for international shipping and have your contact details in the notes section.
Click and Collect Orders are able to be collected from our Bayswater store when selecting local pickup, you will receive an email with pickup details once your order has been confirmed.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
If we do agree to a refund a re-stocking fee of up to 50% maybe charged at TIDA's discretion, and also minus the cost of shipping that TIDA has incurred.
